The Administrators are aware of this isssue, and will fix it when they have time. In the meantime, feel free to use one of the other skins. I agree, and I believe they know about this aswell. :)

Just because the moderators don't act (as you predict or can see) on all reports, doesn't mean they ignore it. There is always the choice of contacting an Administrator if you disagree with a Moderator's decision, or if you think a topic needs a second opinion. I contact an Admin or other Moderators for second opinions if I am in doubt.

If you are talking about SubSilver2, there are a few kinks still. They are being looked into and will be fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime you can still use Prosilver, if you dislike the Tipit theme. :) We know that the smileys don't work too splendid on the Tipit theme, and these will be looked into aswell.

What Cruiser said. ^ It's really this easy: All reports are handled. That's it. :) No report gets ignored or closed without a moderator looking at it.
