  1. Great guide to Herblore Habitat. I have been doing this each week since it came out. The combinations for the god Jadinkos are 4 things: 1. Vine Flower 2. Vine Bush not Vine Herb 3. Fruit Tree 4. Habitat The TipIt guide (in the paragraph before 'Mixing Juju Potions') refers to the Vine Herb as part of the combination. I have never 'tweaked' the Vine Herb - always found the right combination 'tweaking' the Vine Bush. Also, so far, the Vine Flower patch has never been empty, unlike the other 3. Each flower colour is used each week once, with no double-ups. Cheers :)
  2. We have several computers, and my 3 sons, 2 step sons, and their dad had all been playing runescape for several months. Beginning to feel left out, I made an account, Mum BSJ (My boys' names start with B, S and J) logged into their world, and started asking them questions! To their credit, they did not trust the 'stranger' talking to them, and wouldn't answer my questions! Now we all play RS, and the Number 1 addict is (ermmm guess who!) ..... me? lol In real life, you know how the kids say, 'Mum, I need food', 'Mum, do you any money, I'm broke' and 'I need some clothes'............ Guess what! It's the same in RS!!!!!! Except in RS, this Mum says 'do some work and get your own!'
  3. Excellent article! Since myself, my partner, and the 5 boys we have between us started playing runescape over 18 months ago, there have been many occasions we have needed to discuss the repercussions of online misbehaviour. Sometimes the boys were the recipients of abuse, scamming and name calling. Sometimes, they were caught red-handed, typing the same things which upset them, to other players. The messages we constantly try to instill in their minds are: First - There are real people, just like them, sitting at computers somewhere in the world reading what is typed. Second - Those people have feelings, opinions and emotions, just like they do. And the other peoples opinions, game play methods etc, might be different to theirs, but they are not wrong because they are different. Third - (Based on the old Golden Rule) Treat the other players, as you expect them to treat you. And for those who wonder, anyone caught misbehaving, is banned from using computer for time appropriate to the crime! It's too easy for people, young and old, to forget it is real life people who make the game successful. Thankyou again, for a well-written article addressing this important topic.
