actually silver drop from any creature is always extremely rare, ive had 2 from aby demons, 1 from fire giants and 1 from steel drags and yes it is real, and yes it is more rare then dragonstone (keep in mind that d stone on itself is extremely rare aswell! :P i havent gotten one from fire giants but i dont get many fire giant tasks)

If you only kill a monster for money and your only goal are good drop then you will always fail and lose intrest only telling people how bad is and that its unfair. I am showing the way in which an adventutre's goes about runescape as opposed to "moster hunters" Mith dragons are a good example. [hide=]My goal when going to kill monsters goal is to kill the most possible in a single trip. This was from one attempt which was the best i had done so far (counted by charms) Three days later been able to do even more per tirp. to kill more i also had to sacrafise a safe excape method and reily on homeport and i also gave up my wealth ring for an archers to get more kills. you can see clear diffrence between the harms and drops (mix's sharks and supplies eaten there and arrows knifes and some others not taken The results can only get better and always leave room to improve which is the adventure part of runescape. After the three days of forcusing on more kills per trip youve killed an average of 40 dragons per run and the adeventure component of finding the best method to kill more per trip having fun do up to 10+ trips a day and the acomplishment of killing more per trip (the diffrence between those two pictures above) is a total of 1,200 dragons slain. a player searcing only for good drops killing 40 a trip 10 trips a day for 3 days with no luck has 1,200 failures and been disapointed since one of 1,200 times a monster dies. While the other player has had fun and is proud of the new method.[/hide][/hide] youre right its a completely different mindset, i do slayer and get drops along the way. People call me lucky, but i just kill literally thousands upon thousands of creatures its a matter of odds not luck. and like you said, dont focus on drops, focus on experience gain and amount of kills yo get. The drops will come in due time.

i doubt it, the updates have been out 3 weeks now, everyone that uses familiars have already seen their familiars the day it came out (so that would be everyone with like 52+ summon) its just people getting higher and higher levels, everyone seems to be training summon as most as possible. the higher lvls people get the more they actually use familiars (as some are really usefull) and as a result youll see more and more familiars out. also pouches arent valuable AT ALL lol

Gf :lol: tbh nice 109 task o.o has anyone got 1000 tasks done?whats the bonus? the bonus for every 50th task is always 225 (for duradel) sadly this doesnt change for every 100th, 250th, 500th or even 1000th task but 225 points is already more than enough tbh (225 points is already worth 450k :P)

personally i think it differs from monster to monster, but items i think are surely on the second wheel are: rune armour (excl. chainmail and meds) all dragon drops, all slayer monster specific drops. personally i dont think visage is on the second wheel as i think it works in a similar system as clues and charms (maybe additional wheels? who knows...)

again, if jagex says it works, who are you to say theyre lying?

i do agree with you to some extend, ive always been somewhat of a criticiser when it came to RoW (as you can see in my drop log some posts above, when i was training mage on steel drags i wasnt wearing a row for months and did say 200 kills every day i played). I came back on this because i just dont think any other ring is more usefull than this slightly increased chance of a drop. now let me ask you this, as we are mainly talking about dragon drops, when you kill abyssal dmons (if you cant lets say you can) which have a chance of 1 in 400 to drop a whip, and are fairly easy to kill (like 100/h). wouldnt it still justify using a row?(because the amount of times you do get on the second wheel is greatly increased because of the sheer amount of kills you get)

In fact there are only rares and empty spots on the second wheel, what RoW does is decrease the amount of empty spots on the second wheel and thus greatly increases the chance of getting a rare! You dont want to get on the second wheel (which is a rare event) and miss out on a drop because you werent wearing RoW, now do you? (although, if you dont care greatly about rare drops and think +4 att/str/mage/range is a big improvement by all means use those rings instead) @SirHartlar: you are right, 100k isnt even remotely close to a big enough sample to proof or disproof one or the other. its always nice to get a rare drop imo, even though some of them are worthless nowadays I think its just nice to get a good drop. Because a rare drop in my opinion is worth more than 500k. theres a subtle difference between rare and valuable ;) a d med from mutated bloodvelds is rare (in fact a d med is always rare), a d left drop is rare, a d spear is rare, etc, a whip however is NOT rare

it says over 25 not over 26... the "over" refers to skills that will happen in the future (notice that jagex is always working on at least one skill, so they can claim this "over" because they will be released in the future) the 25 is a nice find though, but nothing ground breaking most of us are aware that there will be a new skill soon (im fairly certain it will be this month)

next time take 6-8 tuna potatoes instead of all those excess super restores, you only need 1 or 2 doses for jad anyway :) will sharks do as i cant get my hands on potatos (i like to have a safe blanket of prayer boost but i might take 1-2 away) yeah sure, tuna potatoes only heal 2 more than sharks. Id take at least 4 btw, i used to take 6 tuna potatoes and only 2 sara brews, i always found myself using all tuna potatoes and only 2 sara brew doses! the instant heal without suffering negative bonuses really pays off when fighting jad imo
