You are sooo right, the top spell costs 2.5k per cast for gods sake! It's hard to hit through dhide. Rose, you win post of the thread. that ice spell was 2x blood 2x death 4x chaos wich is near 3000 2 blood, 4 death and 6 water runes. I checked it.
