I'm thinking of buying a purple or a divine. What's the price range on a purple, around 860m?
Is divine still around 1b?

I'm fairly certain that only crabs drop them.
-
I enjoyed my exploding house.
New dungeon monsters are always aggressive, and it's multicombat. The general malpractitioner also uses an inject move on the crabs from time to time. The effect is unknown.

I love it , i'l probably copy the whole house :D
Edit : Is it possible to move the entrance portal garden ? I wouldn't want to clear my chapel with my gilded altar AGAIN
I forget. You can always clear the centerpiece of a garden and see if building a portal is one of the options.
Edit: I think it is possible seeing as my portal is in a formal garden instead of the default normal garden.

My house.
Useful rooms are located within 2 of the entrance portal. The house is built in 2 wings separated by the garden strip for symmetry and aesthetic purposes.
Green room = entrance portal
Yellow room = dungeon entrance
Red rooms = area for future expansion
Double portal rooms for 6 teleports
Menagerie for obelisk
Workshop for armor repair
Kitchen for boosts
Altar with glory one room over in quest hall
Double studies for both lecterns, tele tab lectern on bottom floor

Hey all, I posted a question about corp a few days ago. Since then, I've gotten suggestions from friends that I try doing Nex for cash instead.
My stats are 99 herb, maxed combat except for summoning. I've seen a lot of (good) teams require completely maxed stats to join in. On the other hand, if I find a decent team to teach me, I'm working on getting chaotics and have access to almost every combination of gear and more money I can sink into supplies if needed.
My question is this: would I be able to get into a good team with only a tort (89 summoning)? Or is there no chance and I should just wait for the rock lob glitch to be patched and barrage for 96 summon?
Thanks in advance.
-
I would honestly say LS unless you are maxed, maxed gear, ovl, turm.
I have all those things (besides summoning, which is 89). Hence the questions.
-
What would be a reasonable price for a pumpkin now that they've crashed?
-
Stats are maxed combat except for summoning and 99 herb. I have a few questions about FFA corp.
1. Is there a dedicated cc to FFA corp?
2. What would be the best setup/inventory to get kills there? I don't have MA rings but I have a large bank and access to pretty much everything else.
3. Is it viable for getting sigils, or should I just do LS?
Thanks in advance.

To be honest, slayer is one of the best developed skills in my opinion. The last slayer update was already quite powerful: effigies.
That's an advantage to training slayer, not an advantage for having slayer levels. 99 slayer doesn't help me get effigies any faster than someone with 1 slayer.
There are so many skills that have been around for longer yet don't even have that. Just off the top of my head, there's no advantage to training firemaking or woodcutting that aren't niche purposes.
-
Tbh slayer is the skill that's really lagging behind in content now it seems. So as long as they fill the void of 94-99 slayer I'll be happy. They could do 95, 97 and 99 level slayer monsters. Makes more sense to do it. Slayer is in desperate need of high level content. I'd actually like a Lava Stryke too tbh :D
Oh please. I don't have anything against more slayer content being released but slayers trying to portray their skill as being neglected is ridiculous. Plenty of other skills have less content, and less useful content at that, than slayer.
-
Slayer is already fairly rich in content compared to some other skills. Any additions would be popular though, and would probably require a task to kill.
-
I'm more interested in the new teleports and bonus effects on minigames and activities.
-
Doing a tree run.
Getting 99 herb.
Mining til 1.1x multiplier.
Using up my charms.

wait! this is the big smithing update we have been waiting for! *plox* ....
ps. i dont like the ew storyline, would rather see more quests such as "wanted!" my favrit quest of all time
Probably not, although I think it's more likely there may be a large smithing-related reward at the end of the EW quest series.
In the meantime... *strokes smithing cape*

I thought each brother dropped 1 item each into the chest when they die. How is it possible to get 2 guthan items then?
-
Making and firing decorated cooking urns is about 60k crafting xp an hour. Decent cheap xp.
-
It's not even the fastest until 70. Net trapping penguins on the iceberg is better xp/hr on account of having clothing camouflage bonuses (hunter clothing does nothing at red salamanders) and not having to fight over spawns.
-
Crafting update. Spent all my banked SC points to get 99 smithing so hopefully these pots give enough xp to make up for not using clay tools. Got 20k clay stocked up too.

[/hide]Guess it could be the said the machine forces evolution and if Terrorbirds either become 'warped' or 'guards' does that mean there's another variation to go alongside chaos dwarves.
Warped Chaos Dwarves? :o
Warped Dwogres?! :o
I was thinking more along the lines of Chaos Dwarves being the 'defect/warped' variety and the best Dwarves possible would be enhanced into something else...
...Like Giant Dwarves!!! That can use magic, and summoning, range, mage, melee, prayer and have combat levels that go up to 138!! ...w~~ait a minute!
We can dream but I dunno.
Afterall the dwarvesa are using the machine on a sentient being just to make a bit more powerful.
The gnomes are using the machine to make a mindless bird sentient and change their physical structure.
Sorta makes sense it can go v wrong for the gnomes but not so much for the dwarves.
Aye, true. Just gonna have to watch this space and see what Jagex will do with it, if they do anything further with it!
I wonder if the gnomes being trained up that can turn invisible also went through the machine. It might improve certain characteristics depending on race, gnomes become better illusionists, dwarves become stronger, animals become smarter or warped(stronger?). Curious if it'll be used for other races.
Someone throw a cabbage in there.

Free trade is starting to grow on me. I've been keeping a log of flips that I'm doing; will post the results when I'm done. ;)
