    i do not believe that jagex will be persuaded to act on your request not only as you are not paying for your usage of your game and therefore why would they want to spend time, effort and money on upgrading your services within the game. But my main reason behind this thinking is, it loses some of the incentive to become a paying member if you have more scope to play the game without paying
