Ok, here's my idea. This Leprechaun shows up, and asks you a question everyone should know, like in the security stronghold, and if you get it right he gives you one million gold, if you get it wrong you get teleported somewhere randomly, and if you ignore him he attacks you, but he's like level 3 and only drops a pot (get it, pot of gold?...nevermind). And the gold he gives you isn't normal gold, it's Leprechaun gold, which has a greenish tinge and (L) after it. The Leprechaun Gold is untradable, and can only be used in the Leprechaun store, which you acess by talking to any tool Leprechaun with Leprechaun gold in your inventory. There the Leprechaun will sell allmost anything good you can imagine, from dragon and barrows armor, to dwarven canon parts and party hats (but not party poppers), and also normal stuff like runes and arrows and bolts, but at double the normal price. Anything bought with Leprechaun gold has a greenish tinge to it, and (L) after it. Leprechaun gold dissapears within three days from when you get it, exactly 72 hours, as well as anything you buy with Leprechaun gold. So it's kind of like a rental system to try out anything cool you've ever wanted. Or alternitvely it could happen on St. Patricks Day, and the Leprechaun is stationary in Varrok or something and it lasts for a week. (But then again, think about the wilderness fights  when everyone has anything they want...oh well, not my problem, I don't go to the wilderness.) Edit: After realising a few days with barrows would instantly make charecters super-strong from all the fights they'd be getting in, I've decided it would be a better Idea for the Leprechaun gold and items to only last a few hours, like 2 or 3. Or even better, Leprechaun gold can be used to purchace Leprechaun clothing, which is the only thing you can buy with it that won't dissapear.
