Yea,thats my guess also but unlike hunter,where they were clear about this issue (well..regarding TOG) in this release announcement they didnt say anything.
I still have my xp lamps waiting at the museum and i dont want to take them since,as you know, those are not bank-able anymore.

Did anyone try using any xp lamp (genie,acheivment diaries reward lamps) for gaining summoning xp.
Unfortunately,Jagex didn't say anything officially regarding those in their release announcement...

I wasn't using a Canon where I was, the Canon was from Fire Giants at Waterfall, I was testing them, the Pic axe was mining for Iron Ore (GE empty)

I am still not withdrawing mine from the guy at the varroc museum.
Did you try to rub them? guess it cant be used for summoning xp yet..

Finished a ~200 Kalphites task on the soldiers (level 85)
Not the best drop rate...
anyway they drop gold,green,blue,crimson charms, 1 at the time.
the distribution is about
2:1:1:1
gold>green>blue>crimson

There is so much misconception and/or pure ignorance regarding the Israel- Palestinian conflict going on on this thread i dont know even where to begin with..
First,regarding the title,stop relating this "2 states for 2 nations" idea to Bush. This was the base for the Oslo agreements back in 1993.
Second, this aint no western with good vs bad guys.This conflict is far more complicated than this.
As an Israeli, who served in the IDF and been to the occipied territories quite a lot during my service i've seen whats the occupation is doing to the Palestinians and to us Israelis.
On the other hand, i've seen human bombs explodes in the middle of Tel-Aviv, people (kids & women) get massacred by a suicidal terrorist attack, and rockets are flying, as we speak, from Gaza to the Israeli city of Shderot making the people lives their a living hell.
This is not one way story.
The Palestinians...did you know there was no such thing as a "Palestinian nation" before 1948?
Did you know the Arab countries refuses to accept Palestinians refugees as a rightfull citizens even after 60 years?
Yes, in 1948, after the U.N declarion of Israel, a lot of Palestinians run away from their home but thats because they thought they are going on a few weeks trip till their allies(Egypt,Syria,Jordan..) attack on Israel will conquer back Israel lands for them nice and neat...
unfortunately, we kicked their butts.
And yes, in the brilliant six days war (1967) we conquered the ancient part of Jerusalem and the gaza strip but it wasnt from them Palestinians, it was from Egypt (Gaza) and Jordan (Jerusalem).
Btw, Egypt never wanted those lands back ...
There's a lot of hypocrisy going on in the western world regarding the Israel- Palestinian conflict.
Apparently, we are not moral enough for some of them (which is a nice joke if you take a brief look at the history)..
Just wonder how moral England,France or any other european country would have been if one of their cities would have blasted on a dialy base..
I'll not go into arguments regarding who was here first or who has the right on this land,us or the Palestinians. this is pointless.
Back in 1993, it seemed for a moment that we are heading on a good direction...however extremist on both sides eliminated this little hope real quick.
Perosnally i truthly support the 2 states solution and i do hope my kids wont have to serve a single day in the army.
however, it will happen only when the Arab world will truthly accept the fact that Israel is here to stay and invest their resources in helping Palestinians with better education and technology rather on better weapons and hate.
unfortunatly i dont see it happen in the near future.
Exactly... When Hamas got overwhelmingly elected to the Palestinian parliament, western countries got mad and cut all their funding off because they're "terrorists" (I.E. you can't dictate them what to do by intimidation, or buy their opinions off)
Since most of all palestinians support their actions and voted for them, how can an entire nation be terrorists?
They voted Hamas because their former P.L.O goverment was corrupted and used the money given for their own personal usage,thus,keeping most of the people there in their poverty.
Call me naive but i believe 90% of the Palestinians still just want to live there lives peacefully.

Last week i did a black sallies session from lvl 67 to 68 hunting. Cant realy say if its better than red sallies or not since i did bank some of them so it slowed me down.
But still,with 4 traps i got a descent xp there.
I believe that without banking the xp rate there is better than red sallies.
However, i was attacked there few times by rev orcs (105) which,at my level, are no big deal to handle, and once by rev knight which was a pain...
so take extra net+rope since those avoid/fight rev maneuvers might cause you to loose 1 or 2 traps.
With the new game necklace tele option to BH, banking/restocking
becomes fairly easy since its not a long walk from there back to the sallies..

hopefully Jagex will add more usuage for them other than fleching/FM which are, along with fishing and wcing, the most despicable,boring skills ever made :D

I usually kill the those in the main hall (zammy book and sara cape equiped).
The major advantage of this area is that the sara mages (but also the warriors) are 99% of the time busy with the zammy NPCs around,makin them ideal for back-stabbing.While there you can spank some warriors on the way for their drops (btw ,last time i checked,rune hallies were sold in the GE for 88k so dont hi-alch those).
Regarding the boots drop-rate,cant realy tell,i am averging around 1 per 100-120 kills.

i have no idea but as you said,there is no much difference between the two.
For level 100 (easier to calculate) it will be:
100 + 13(range pot) + 15 (prayer) = 128
100 + 13(range pot) + 19.5 (prayer) = 132.5
I think that the best way is to apply this question to Jagex..
[EDIT] actually there is a way to test it by using the damage table in the Ranged Guide.
though i am not sure how accurate is it.
take a level 50 range.
50 + 8 (pot) + 7.5 = 65.5 = 65
50 + 8 (pot) + 8.7 = 66.7 = 66
according to the damage table ,lvl 65 max hit will be 8 with bronze arrows while lvl 66's max hit will be 9 ...
as i said,not sure how accurate is this table.

There is nothing much in it. Simply add the codes with a hint to there destination in any order you wish (alphabetical,frequently used,random etc..)
example:

The pendant is from Temple of Ikov.
Kill the guards to get 1. Try to get several pendants while there by dropping it and killing more guards though i only got 2 after 10 minutes there...
I tried to solo Kiara few times without success(93 range,65 prayer back then). might try kemikalkadet's inventory next time (i used mix of brews and sharks).
One thing for sure,dont expect it to be a walk in the park...she is a tough bird...
