ok, dds used to stand for dragon dagger (super poison), they changed it to a + system, so ddp is basic poison then there's ddp+ which stands for something I forget, and then ddp++ is the best poison, and yea if your gonna use a dd (dragon dagger) for training, don't poison it. best d weapon for training is either d scimmy or d long, they're equally as good but people seem to like the scimmy for sum reason (IMO cause it looks cooler) but the lost city quest is much much easier than monkey madness!

ok, so if you train on agressive and you hit say 100 you get 400 str xp if you train on controlled you get 133 attack xp 133 str xp 133 def xp does that clear it up?

I was doing barrows with 65 mage and 55 def, as long as you can use slayer dart and protect from melee your fine!

and NO row (ring of wealth) doesn't help clues, it's been posted by Jagex on the official forums by staff members

ok well I cut my own willow logs and bought some flax and bs and made around 1.5k willow longbows, I've spent around 220k on items and while I'm not worried about money, is there any way to make some of that back? and by some I mean over 100k 8-)

hate to disagree but Mage bonus has NO EFFECT while at barrows, they're mage defense is like -999 while in barrows

at barrows, absolutely not! the mage def of the brothers is horrible, but anywhere else your mage bonus will effect how you hit. GL at Barrows!!!!!!!!
