    worst explaination ever ok what happened was jagex made two kinds of ess pure ess and normal ess pure ess can be mined buy memebers of all lvls ( i think combat lvl) and normal ess is mined by all non members below lvl 40 so a lvl 89 non meber can mine pure ess pure ess can be turned into any rune but normal ess can only be turned into the runes that you can craft in f2p :lol:
