It is not bug abuse, item samming or breaking any rules. It is just very mean people tyring to profit of other players losses.

the only bit i liked it that rune boots now give a +2 str bonus

i am a combateur and a hate skilling

the dragon breath enchanted bolts should do some serious damage

the croosbows are not very good but the effects of the bolts look pretty cool

a sytem update is coming in a minute it might be them.
