why torags and not full rune, obby cape, zerker helm, glory ammy, obby kite, and rune boots? is the defense bonus really worth the extra money, and cost to repair?

i like the idea of torags, cause i hear dharoks hits slow, and not very often. and i know whip is fast and mostly constant.

If i have 4.5 million gp to spend on armor and weapons, should i buy full torags with a whip instead of hammers, or full dharoks. I'll probably be pest controlling, and training controlled, so thats not a problem.
