The only way to get it is by killing the toughest monster in the game, the lvl 702 TzTok-Jad. When they die, they drop it, making it pretty rare to see -- hundreds of people have it in the tens-of-thousands of runescapers. -
Well I dont mean to offend any of you oldies or anything, but Im 16 and think Im a little old to be playing it. But whatever.....who needs a life anyway.....jk, but seriousely
