my friend got an 88cb, 1347total acc banned for using a macro to buy 1k minds in mage guild... jagex come down on u like a tonne of bricks for practically anything, be careful

My m8 Matrixxirtam got a perm ban for using a macro he'd created to buy 1k minds for barrows from the mage guild... The rule clearly states: "You must not attempt to use other programs (e.g. bots, macros or autominers) in conjunction with our games to give yourself an unfair advantage at the game" It clearly does not say: "You must not attempt to use other programs (e.g. bots, macros or autominers) in conjunction with our games to purchase items about to be used to play the game, costing the same as if they'd been purchased at a normal (10 a time) rate, giving himself absolutly no unfair advantage at the game apart from being able to get on with the playing the game" I think i've made by point clear enough, jagex unfairly ban dedicated players to their game on a regular basis! He was banned in january and simply got an automated responce to his appeal...

Yea they're gunna lose plenty of valuable customers from these bans, a couple of months ago it was a great game but now there's no-one to speak to because loadsa people are getting banned by mistake... my best friend on the game was banned for macroing when he'd been spending the past few weeks doing barrows... alot of frequent players are leaving or being banned, so i've decided not to p2p anymore... maybe the company has decided it's had enough and is systematically wiping out the runescape community lol... sounds rediculous but doesn't take a wild imagination to see it that way...
