Personally I would ditch the pure idea. Get your defence to the same lvl as attack, then get them same as strength. Get your range, mage, and prayer up to about the same lvl. This is my opinion.

I got hit by a nine on a lower lvl one, combat 68, 56 defence, and full rune.
