    what do you mean by abused? those are used just as often in PvE, contrary to the "99% for pkers and pkers only" do you even play runescape? just wondering. and no, your argument doesn't hold up because turmoil is more useful in PvE than in PvP

    let's start with herblore - none of the new extreme potions can be used in pvp, so that's out summoning: there are no familiars that pkers use that are not used in PvE weapons: the only new weapons that only used only by pkers are vesta's, morrigan's, and zuriel's weapons
