I do have an extremely high IQ, if I do say so myself (176). I regularly baffle my psychiatrist. xD holy hell.......any idea about your EI? most people with very high ei can tell they have high ei (like me XD) I have never measured my 'EI'. >.>

I remember doing the exact same thing! Trying to find words inside other words! I also tried to make a word have an equal number of letters by making it longer or shorter. I very often interpret words in the wrong language. D; If I hear the word 'brat', I nearly always interpret it as the Russian word for 'brother'.

This sounds interesting and unusual, would you like to tell us more about that? Where is the writing? What colour is it? How does it change when you think of other thoughts? I too am curious of this. It's not colorful or anything. D; When you're thinking auditorily, do you hear the voice in your right ear or your left? Neither, I imagine. You probably can't even identify the sound of the voice. That's how it is with my thoughts. xD

dont rely on those, mines 125 according to multyple sites, but i doubt that. Mine's 176 according to an official government standardised test. xD

xD From books? Possibly the Winged Defender from the Young Wizards series by Diane Duane. From mythology? Probably Loki from Norse myths. I'm also rather fond of Athene from Greek mythology. xD Also, Quetzalcoatl is interesting in his search of morality and in his downfall; a defeat not typical in most ancient mythology. He met his demise to a whispering evil; the god Tezcatlipoca, who had no physical form. This aspect is highly unusual as far as ancient mythology goes. Whether he was truly considered a 'god' is debated; was he based off of a real Nahuatl ruler or was he naught but myth? Also, I like Amaterasu. xD

xD I've never had any issues talking to girls. If I did, I'd be afraid of talking to myself! And that would be an issue. Relax; if you make a fool of yourself, most of us would just find it flattering that you're willing to embarrass yourself in front of us.:wink:

xD I often hear people whistling when there's nobody there. Then I really listen, and it vanishes.

xD I think all brains do that. However, the constantly babbling mind complete with headaches and insomnia is not normal. xD
-
xD That would be interesting.

Oh, I love reading. xD New worlds, new points of view. Reading helps you see the world in different ways by ushering in other worlds, either similar or unlike our own. xD -
Anywho, I've noticed some oddities in some of my mental processes; namely, my memories, my dreams and my thoughts. Most of my memories are in the third person; from my current age (16) down to the age of 10, I remember everything that I was actually involved in in the third person; from a point of view of standing on the sidelines. In things where I wasn't involved, I remember being me. From the age of 10 on down, I remember everything in the third person, whether I was involved or not. I remember the sight of the back of my head very well. When it comes to my thoughts, I always have at least one track going in writing, as opposed to the pseudo-auditory manner of thinking that I believe that most people make use of. People are always asking me why I stare off into space so often; it's because I'm 'reading' said thoughts. At any given time, I have five or six thought-tracks going, most of them auditory, but the one is a bit of an anomaly. Also, I generally have at least one track going in French. Also, my brain NEVER shuts up. I do have auditory thoughts, and they just don't stop. My mind goes and goes and goes. I can't stop thinking! I don't know how. This 'monkey mind' (as the Buddhists would say) is more than slightly overactive, disrupting my sleep and giving me headaches. I once had an EEG done (for a personality test done by seeing one's brain activity), and my brainwaves were through the roof. The people in charge were amazed. xD Okay, the last one; my dreams. Not long ago I was rudely awakened by my brother, and I did not understand a word that he was saying. I had just awoken from a dream, and in that dream, English was not being spoken. Neither was any language I know. I was speaking what I've now dubbed 'Dreamish'. It sounds like some sort of mixture between Yiddish, Czech and Gaelic. I do not understand it when I am awake. o___o So, do any of you have any abnormal mental processes? Why do you think mine are so strange? Please, any opinions would be most welcome. xD

Doctor Seuss. Anything by him creeps me out like nothing else. o_o Also, having the volume on anything be an odd number drives me psychotic. D: Oh yes. Telephones make me veritably panic, and I don't like bugs either (I can handle butterflies though).

D; Anything by Dr. Seuss. I find it to be incredibly creepy.:anxious:

xD At least they didn't give anyone cancer.

I swear, and generally refrain from crying. o.O :shock: OH @$#&, I didn't know I was male!:shock::shock::shock:

;D Quite true. I do actually play Runescape, but not often and I definitely don't care when people talk about it. Welcome to the forum, mark_joel_ii! ^o^

But that doesn't explain the fact that I didn't hear my dad's very loud footsteps, the cancer, or the really creepy feeling.:shock:
