Every topic about rule 12 is closed and i dont know why because first u couldnt sell sigs what is why the media market totally died! And now u cant even talk about selling sigs. If u ask me i think tip.it went crazy on the same time that jagex flipped.

U can say what u want but i wanna know where the underground is where u can still make sigs because i started with making sigs a few days ago and even if i dont get money for it i would gladder stay to sig making then to runescape but i dont stay to a forum that says u cant make sigs! Who knows a site where u CAN do to pixelart?
