depends on the seller but they can b sold with no charges so check before u buy also u have to have done the heroes quest to recharge it.

yes i would agree that fire or earth blast however if your going to craft all of those runes it will take forever to gain the lvls fast buy runes from shops and cast windstrike untill you can cast curse then wear the best metal plate armour that you can and curse on ducks untill you have reached your goal, bear in mind that cursing or fire striking is the cheapest however not always the fastest way to gain mage xp

which numbers would u mean if you are talking about the numbers at the bottom of the official runescape forums they are quick find codes that you can copy and paste into a box at the top of the page if not i have no idea :?

yes i would have to go with mining silver smelting and crafting it once i made 2k tiaras in a row took me ages, but it meant i could craft my dragonhides :D

can u make c balls tht is pretty easy money as u can spend most of ur time browsing or watching tv, alternatively u have a pretty decent herblore try buyin and selling unids remember they stack and ppl are always buyin low lvl unids esp if u can tell them what they are

u buy it from the same guy hu u have to go to at the end of the quest (cant remember his name atm) but he's on the ice mountain with the dwarves usually he's in the house on the east side and i think he's the only guy up there with the option to trade

in order to make the best money fletchin u need to b able to high alch ur product but this is only worth doing with yew bows so train up to tht and ur away! 8)
