no it isn't. Goldwolflord was given the basic linework for it and he let me have it. I shaded it and added a few more extras. But before I put it as my sig I PMed the actual creator of the linework, DementedHero, if I could use it, and he said I could :) So in other words, nope.

I use paint, but i only do pixels. Paint is actually really good with the pencil + magnifing glass :D
