u can be a member any time really i was a member at lvl 3. but i was trainning on free member area monsters but i could do skills i coudant do on non member world like flectin, herblore, slayer and more but it is up to u and u can travel every where and recive better items there is a new minigame in port it is the best place for exp and to get money for winning thats on member world and u have to be lvl 40 combat to join the game if ur goin by combat lvl try and slay the dragon on non member then u r ready for member but like i sayed u can be a member but train on non member monsters. there is loads of places u can train on member world with ur lvl and there is many quests u can do to. well hope u make a wise choice and good luck :D if u need more advise add me on rs on darkanima17 im happy to help but leave me ur rs for me to contact u i am on friend private chat
