i use no doses per trip....unless i get a dharok in tunnel ..if i do 1-2 dose..but apart from dat no prayer needed

i got rune chain,black d hide legs..magic pot..glory amulet..ammy of accuracy..dueling ring..addy med and black mystic gloves:-p and some nooby stuff like unids and logs..nice party and gd luck 8-)

my 4th trip i got 15 killcount....got a torags helm....then today my 18th trip...i got a killcount of 6...and got karils b0w

i used deaths...wind blast and did it fine....also u can use chaos runes...mixed with chaos gaunlets(cheaper way)..and for chests....its random when u get an item....you could do 100 trips and nothing...or 5 trips and get something...also u get death runes in chest so blasts are advisable

lets see.....in the ice cavern (where u mine blurite)..entered the cave with a sign saying"warning!there are very dangeruos creatures in her enter at your own risk". So i entered it and straight away i get attacked by a lvl 140 skeletal wyvern....then i frozen straight away....bam hits 21s...bam dead...lost rune helm...str ammy...rune kite....bunch of food....i had to enter that dam cave....(this happened yesterday)
