    I'm all for it, but i think the highest healer (25) Should have a lvl to fish of about 87 for the amount it heals when cooked

    As you know tip it tells you who to speak to. But to actulay get them you need to speak to the obseratory Professer after the quest "Obsevatory Quest" i hope this helped
