I don't have a guide, but I can tell you that the CT dragons are probably the best if you have good CB stats as you can't be PK'd and you can steal kills.

I would say PFing 15% str and atk on quick prayers could be worth it. The main problem I personally have is knowing if my offensive prayer flashes actually work unless I hit a max hit. The only way to really test it is if I get soul split.

Cool idea for maxing. I should really get in on these glacor things. They seem too good to not be killing right now.

Yes. They're a part of the Shattered Heart D&D. If you get two of the same type, you can bring them to the Varrock museum for a nice chunk of xp. You can't get anymore until you get all the rocks from all non-combat skills though.

With 15 dungeoneering, you can access a bank deposit box in the dwarven mines. There are a couple of semi close rocks if I remember correctly.

I'm not sure that there is anything you could do with the inventory, but there's a chance you could do something with the spellbook. I've never actually cast plank make (or if I have I don't remember), but if it takes the log from a spot and then puts the plank at the top your inventory then you could scroll your spellbook down so that the icon is as far down your inventory as possible. What this should let you do is spam click the same area. I know I did this with superheating.

This is why I voted for LoL for the F2P category of the Golden Js. Looking at the strictly 100% free content that you get from the game, it's leagues (pun definitely intended) ahead of RS. They've made massive updates to the core mechanics of the game all of the new content updates are all eventually achievable through F2P grind. The game is fun and they actually listen to their player base. People wanted a new game mode, cheaper free currency champs, spectator mode, new masteries, certain themes for champs like a female tank and a water champion, all along few other things and Riot, although at times delaying them by a huge amount of time, have delivered on them. Jagex has done extremely little for the F2P community in the way of content and support. I can make a brand new F2P smurf account on LoL every week and still have fun where I can't even bear to play my F2P pker anymore.

Too bad torstols are pretty much awful money now unless you have godlike luck Torstol seeds crashed recently and farming them is now good money again :D. Are they? Break even is 8 herbs and you average around 9 with farming jujus+super comp+magic secateurs :s

I think a separate F2P highscore table would be reasonable; I don't see how it would be that difficult to implement and given how much harder it is to level skills in F2P, it's basically a different game anyway. My condolences go out to all that had F2P blogs with progress trackers :( In-regards to Wiki-style RS main page, I think it's a reasonable change, but it would be difficult to moderate. Both the RSKB and current RSWiki are filled with inaccuracies and sometimes poorly written articles. I'm interested in seeing how people qualify for Wiki updates. The problem with Tip.it and other sites that cannot be freely edited is that they are relatively slow to update, although they are generally more accurate. I will also openly admit that I primarily use the RSWiki for information since the search algorithm and format setup within wiki software is simply more robust and elegant than Tip.it's current Google search method.

I believe the avg is 1 in 17 or 18 for a barrows drop (I personally have awful luck and haven't had any in 67 chests) As for KC, you need 2 for a chance at bloods 3 for a chance at bolt racks 5 for a chance at half keys 6 for a chance at dragon meds You could get 0 KC and still get a barrows drop though.

DirectX does not work on my machine and software looks ugly :s
