Thats sad.. you cant just increase your bid by 10k to be infront of people that are paying 600k and have been waiting for like 10 times as long as u. If thats how sad your gona be i bid 610k and 1gp :x i hope you dont get your sig b4 others because of a little sum of 10k that would be wrong Ok since I'm still new at this sig shop thing, I'm finding out stuff as I go. I will now only allow bid increments of 50k or 100k. Since I didn't know how it should work, I won't make the current bids change, but future bids will have to go by this rule.

Lol, it is true there are the few other good pixel sig makers. I also know some of them would beat me in a competition as I have much less time to work on a single sig, and don't really have that "pixel by pixel" style most pixelers have. Something that I think separates me from the rest of the pixel sig makers is I don't focus on detail as much as the big picture. I never tried to make a super shaded and detailed sig but if I had time, it would be interesting.

Thanks. I decided to keep this new avatar since the dino one looked just like the one in my sig. I think before this avatar, I was the only pixel sig maker without an actualy pixel sig for himself lol.

The "1" looks a bit weird, and the "M" doesn't appear until you have at least 10 million gp.

Well I use Photoshop to save the bmp sig in png format as I have Windows ME, and the old Paint I got doesn't have the option to save the pic as png, only bmp.

Yeah, I looked at some of yours for inspiration :wink: I'll shade the mammoth, fix the cape, and then save it as .gif. How would i have blood from a spell hitting the mammoth though? It's not like it's pierced. And what other parts of the mammoth should be shaded? I shaded some of the bottom of it, but how should i texturize/shade the body? Thanks for the help. Make the difference of shades greater, have a dark brown and a light brown to see the difference. If you don't know how to shade something, just look up a pic in RL or just imagine it in your brain and copy it from there. I thought the mammoth was already dead since he seems to be, but if not make it look somehow like he's alive instead of lying around.

If there is one thing you cannot leave out in any pic, it's cast shadowing. Detail and char shading may not be important to all, but if you don't have a cast shadow for the objects, the objects will seem to be floating over the ground.

It's ok, but like Twinki said: more shading. Also, if you are going to shade the snow, use only one color. Snow always shades in the same color no matter where you are. You have grey and blue shading for the snow, I suggest sticking with blue as in RL it's blue. Use a less bright blue. I have a hint that you may have looked at my sigs and seen the snow shading and when people step on it. The rocks seem to be randomly spotted with shade but look more like giant bird eggs. The Mamoth (sp?) needs more shading. Unless you want the cape to look frozen solit, make it more wavy and with shading. Make the mamoth lighter in color so you can see the lines and shading in it. Add some blood if the mamoth is dead already.
