highest is 79 wc and lowest is 45 rc, i'm not sure but I think i've been playing since around 2004ish.

I find it anoying that there are just soo many people now a days, it's hard to get higher lvls if you are already somewhat skilled, and it's all because there are so many low lvls that are still high enough to get into the mining guild or cut yews.
