If you want ankous then there is a relatively good safespot, just need to keep your enemys in just the right spot. but your range may be a bit low so you should try out the hills, there is a great spot at the complete end of cave, two hills and you just need to click fast. I would also recommend moss giants on karamjama(if you've finished dragon slayer) Either way your range is still a bit low to be profitable, try getting it to 50 with hills before you take on the big'uns.

Mining and woodcutting have probably been altered by all those macro's. But fishing is surprisingly high, maybe it's just me.

Using dispel the undead is pretty good on the Ankous, but the problem is that there is no good safespot, there are a couple goodish ones but nothing spectacular. You would need to stay there long enough for them to stop auto-attacking you then go behind a skele and get one on the other side.
