I know world 1 is for f2p items, but what about p2p items? Which world is that?

Ive recently seen many players with questionable and immature names. But only one has really been offensive to me, it had something to do with the events of September 11th, 2001 and seemed to praise the acts. Is there a way you can report someones name for being offensive? I know jagex trys to keep offensive names out of the game, but their are still those few people who are able to bypass the censors and crerate an offensive name. Is there a way to report these?

Well, apparently critiscism isnt allowed, ill try again. Im half way done on One small Favour, and ive noticed that ranging is useless, Ring of recoil doesnt work (wtf?), and mage doesnt do any major damage. Any suggestions?
