  1. Can you get a bronze med helm for less than E1? I don't think so. That'd be sweet though, i'd buy full bronze or iron just for the heck of it.
  2. I agree with the quest thing. The only thing is that to do dragon slayer, its special for f2p people like me. They have to complete EVERY quest, and then they can have pride in that. But i'd rather see some new quests. I'm a geek who reads a lot of the updates for fun, and it bugs me that nearly every one of them is p2p.
  3. I say that I play it. If they say its boring, I say, "It's like any RPG, boring as heck to watch, but addictive to play." Usually it ends.
  4. On the page where you log in, whaddaya think the picture is in the background. I think that its the chaos temple in the wildy, way back when, before it was destroyed. What do you think?
  5. its fine how it is. the guild requirement is too low, but the skill itself is fine. Fishing is Hungryblader's $$. And, we didn't lose the other stuff. Pies are complicated, but they heal more health. Leave it.
  6. Yeah, when you finish EVERYTHING that Jagex puts in the game, it might get boring. But, when you're done working with NPC's, you should somehow set some goals with other players. Start a clan, and lead it to victory. Make a goal to get x-number of wilderness kills. Try and get a screenshot of Zezima. But that's the thing. Each human-controlled-player is a citizen of runescape. They alll have something to contribute, to help others. That's what makes multiplayer games so great. :D
  7. I don't know which I'd rather search: paris hilton or runescape
  8. Chapter Four I awoke to the quiet jingling of keys. I slowly opened my eyes, and found that the jail guards were opening the cell. I shut my eyes again. I didnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t feel like talking to them right now. I heard them walk inside, and I barely moved my eyelids, just enough to watch them pick up a sleeping Jacob. They quickly hauled him out of the cell, and dropped him outside the door. I could hear the men talking. ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅWhy are we taking him?ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ
  9. Chapter Three The manÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s lifeless body lay on the ground before me. Jacob and I both had desperate looks on our faces. Our thoughts were interrupted by a White Knight. He had a low, deep voice that seemed to come from deep inside his helmet. ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅHello.ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ
  10. when I was really low lvl, I would ask members in full dragon to be my gf. I also begged once
  11. I heard that flesh crawlers drop the scepter. So I killed a god-awful amount of them, but I only got the bottom half. Actually, I have 3 bottom halves. What monsters drop the top half?
  12. oops! admin, can you fix that? I accidentaly posted chapter two twice.
  13. Chapter Two I slowly crept down the stairs, my knapsack full of clothes and other essentials. As I got ready to leave, my parents told me their goodbyes, and how much they loved me. I stood up, getting ready to say a final goodbye. My dad hurried over to me. ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅNick, before you go, I want you to have something.ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ

  15. Chapter One I crouched behind the bushes, a wooden toy sword in my hand. I peered through the small twigs and saw Jacob, my friend. He was crossing the yard, his toy shield raised, just waiting for me to come out. I picked up a rock, and threw it into a tree behind him, rustling the branches. He turned around, and I sprang from the bushes. He spun around again at the sound of my footsteps, and raised his shield. I swung my sword against his shield with my entire body. I fell over on top of him. He swung at my arm, and I dodged it. I leaned forward, putting more weight on him, and the dull end of my toy sword touched his throat. I heard my mother calling. ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅNicholas! Jacob! Dinnertime.ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ
  16. ok, i feel stupid for this, but i have a question. Is it possible for non-members to trim armor? if so, how?
  17. a few months ago, when I played a lot more often, I had a couple dreams that i was a knight. Not in runescape, spefically, but a knight.
  18. I don't wear pl8skirts. Today, I put on a blue cloth skirt, (to go with my mithril armor) and pranced around varrok saying, "I'm dressed like a girl!"
  19. you know the old roman warriors? They wore skirts. They rocked.
  20. I have a friend who says it has bad graphics. Another friend watched me play, and said that he was bored. I will admit, it's boring to watch. Its fun to play, though.
  21. Ok, you know that house in fally, that big mansion, with nobody in it. It has two floors. I was there, for no reason at all, and a lvl 5 comes up and says "get out of my house" I said, "no" I don't remember exactly what he said, but it was something to the effect of, "Ill kill you." At this point, I weilded my steel woodcutter's axe. (I had mitril stuff in the bank) The noob private messages his lvl 10 friend. They both walk right up to me. I put on a steel med helm. (I found it on the ground. If only I'd had my mith armor) They just stand there, and I walk on in. OK, another time. My sister just started an account as "Evil toad5" She's a lvl 5. A lvl 10 (still a noob, but higher than her) walks up and insults her. She tells him to shut up. Then she threatens him. He says, "You can't kill me" She replies "oh, you wanna see?" Oh, yeah, she says the same kinda stuff to me, and shes 11 and im 14.
  22. Ok, I know that some people have already published florums about this, but I wanted to be a little more specific. Ok, I have a very specific question. How come you can say "hell" on the chat, but not "crud?" Seriously! Wazzup with that?
  23. Thanx guys. I'll keep that in mind. OK! next chapter. Saga of the Saradominist--chapter 12 Christian heard his name called. "Yeah!" he answered. It was Sir Andrew. "Christian, can I talk to you for a moment?" "Sure. What's up?" "Father Lawrence has just sent word that he was terribly sick, and he needs someone to speak at the Church of Saradomin tomorrow. I figured you might be able to plan an interesting sermon, considering what happened last month. Could you do that for me?" Christian thought back to the war a month ago. He remembered how his clan had to retake the kingdom of Mislathin, and how he had single-handedly killed the leader of Defenders of Zamorak clan. After their enemies had retreated, Andrew had decided to promote the Duke of Lumbridge to power, since he was the closest relative. He was annointed kind under the new name, "King Roald the XVII." "Of course I can." "Good." The next morning, Christian walked to the church. As he passed by the bank, he heard a young brunette yell, "Fire!" Christian turned the corner, and was pulled from his thoughts by the sight of the Church of Saradomin engulfed in flames. He sprinted over as fast as he could. Father Lawrence ran out to meet him, despite his sickness. "Christian! About five minutes ago, the church simply lit up! I don't know what happened!" "Is anyone still in there?!" Christian asked, worried. Lawrence lowered his head. "Yes. I was talking to your girlfriend when it happened. I was upstairs, and, as I heard the screams and saw the flames, we both started to run outside. I was going down the stairs when Megan tripped and fell. I tried to help her, but the stairwell collapsed, taking me down with it, There was no way I could get to her." "Oh my GOD!! I'm going in there." Christian sprinted through the door, and he almost passed out from the smoke filling the room. He crouched down, staying below the smoke, when he heard a scream. "Megan!! Megan!!!!!!" He ran toward the stairwell, only to find it just as Lawrence claimed, collapsed and in flames. He ran under the balcony, and he heard Megan shriek again as it gave way and fell on top of them. He awoke in a daze. "Ugh....Where am I?" he asked, confused, to nobody in particular. He sat up, and looked around. He saw the burned remains of the church, smoldering. He looked over to his left in horror. There lay Megan, unconcious, lying on the ground. Her hair was cinged, and her eyes were closed. But she still looked beautiful even then. He shook her shoulder. "Megan.....Megan," he wispered. She slowly opened her eyes. "Christian.......fire.......red cape........used a tinderbox," she muttered, then fell back onto the grass. Christian shuddered, then felt fer a pulse on her neck. There was none.
  24. Saga of the Saradominist--chapter 11 Chistian looked down at the table, with its map, and metal pawns. He thought about this great battle yet to come, and of all the battles he had fought in before. Yes, he was now a trusted member of Fire of Saradomin, and he was a very able leader and warrior, but he was still nervous. He was about to do something that had only been done once before: overthrow the great city of Varrok, and the kingdom of Mislathin. He looked down at the pawns on the mape once again. The plan was simple. The White Knights, as well as the Asgarnian and Falador guards, were to stay on the west side, along the great stone wall between the kingdoms. They were to attack from there, where they could easily retreat back to their homeland, should the battle be lost. The Paladins would attack from the east, from Morytania. And, Fire of Saradomin was to attack from the north, the wilderness. They were to be the first ones to raid the palace, and hopefully overthrow the leader, to take back Mislathin into friendly hands. Their mission was the most dangerous. Suddenly, Christian felt the ship stop. They had arrived on the east edge of Morytania. They quickly disembarked, and the Paladins went straight west, and the Clan went north, into the dead, dark forest. After two days in the wilderness, Sir Andrew, now reunited with his clan, heard the call of a pigeon. He looked up, and the bird swooped down, a small roll of paper in its mouth. Sir Andrew opened it, and, without writing anything back, he nodded to his troops. It was time. They formed into a line. There were seven in all, as three had been lost in the war. Megan was also with them, and she was as very skilled fighter as well. They continued south, and soon saw they large stone wall of the palace. They were ordered to climb it, a feat of which they were all able, and then raid the palace. As Andrew began the climb, they were met predictably with the Varrok guards. These men were novice fighters, though, and they were quickly wiped out. By the time more guards arrived on the scene, it was too late. The battle had begun. Christian blew on his horn, to signal the other forces to attack. He jumped down off of the wall, and his clan emitted a blood-curdling scream as they rushed toward the door. They were not surprised when an equal eight-man force came out to meet them. They were all clad in the Defenders of Zamorak uniform, and they fought well. A large, wild-eyed man threw himself toward Christian. Christian expertly dove out of the way, and lunged on top of the Zamorakian. He tackled the man, and his adversary held up his two-handed sword to block Christian's longsword. The two blood-red metals made bright sparks against each other, but Christian's strength prevailed. His sword reached its mark, and he felt the man go limp underneath him. He stood up, ready to fight again, and he was quickly met by a large, older man. There was something different about him, though, it was his cape. It was trimmed in gold leaf around the edges, and his helmet was adorned with jewels. This must be him! Christian thought. He fought harder. Three men instantly came to William's aid. Christian was taken off guard by their blows, and one made a deep gash on his shoulder. He continued fighting, as members of his own clan took on his new attackers. Surprisingly, this man started running. Christian sprinted after him. The other Zamorakians tried to follow, but the Saradominists kept them from following to far. He could hear their shouts as the took on their enemies. William sprinted into his throne room, and tried quickly to shut the door. Christian squeezed through just in time, though, and he was almost crushed by the heavy wooden door slamming against him. He darted inside, even as the door shut and locked behind him. William was now on the defensive, and Christian dove in for the kill. William blocked it with his sheild, and he pushed back, throwing Christian to the ground. Christian quickly scampered to his feet, and William dove at him. Christian held out his sword, to block the attack, and then, as William pulled his arm back for another swing, Christian swung his sword straight forward, aiming directly for William's chest. William held his sheild, but Christian's powerful swing pushed against it, and he couldn't hold up. His left arm, the one wearing the sheild, was forced aside for a brief second, and Christian tried again. His sword was accurate, and it peirced William's throat. It was a small wound, and William was startled by the blow, but not stopped. He swung back, and Chritian was knocked against the wall. He was able to stay on his feet, however, and he swung at William again. His sword swung accuratley, and William the Terrible's lifeless body collapsed to the floor. Christian unlocked the door, and cautiosly walked outside, only to hear the familiar sound of a horn blowing, meaning that the battle was won. The war was over. The city, and kingdom had been taken, and the black and dark Knights were retreating deep into the wilderness, where they belonged. There was a flag of surrender strung on the flagpole, and Christian knew that the war was over. Megan ran over, removed his helmet, and kissed him. As the rest of the clan began celebrating, Christian climbed up into a tower and looked north, to his retreating enemies. In the groups of Knights was a taller man, with a red cape.......
