This was exactly what I imagined yesterday for a advertising banner. And now I've finished it. Alot of time into this. And I think it payed off.. this banner should get people going to NextGFX. xD Userbar for NG site (Sig version): PNG transparent BG(for firefox only):

Photoshop CS2. And I actually like the idea of adding stars.. during day time. That would fit with the overall image so well.

No, I actually didn't notice it and I still don't. Might be my monitor settings. This is actually 2 terragen renders, I used terragen for the generation. I've heard of World Machine, but never tried it. Yeah :shock: Make a 1680 x 1050 wallpaper version for me and I'll love you forever :oops: 1680 x 1050 dang.. That's huge O.O It'd be hard to work on a image 1/3 bigger than my screen.. and about double the size of the photoshop window.

About 3 hours into this one. Made it for a battle at NextGFX. Not much to say about this.. that I've not already said about my other terragen sigs. C/C Appreciated.

Knew I should of put a flying monkey in there! xD But yeah.. not sure what you could do about dullness. It's a sig.. and a landscape. You can only fit so much detail in there.

It's the desert =P You're not suppose to be able to see things clearly that are far away. ;) But lightening it is a good idea.

I just can't quit making sigs can I? =P Anyway, I present, Desert - One of my more unique sigs. I think this is my best sig.. if not Nova 2 is still. But either way I am replacing Nova 2 with this one soon. Well here's the stats and stuff.. =P Rendering time: 40 minutes Manipulating: 30 minutes Making textures: 10 minutes Planets: 5 minutes Clouds: 10 minutes Text: 15 minutes (was hard to get the border looking right) And some other stuff, like apply image>filter etc. Total time into this one is about 2 hours. blah blah blah.. here's the sig already. =P v2: C/C Appreciated. ^^
