Because we might be able to use our brain completely in a couple of centuries.... or more. and for now we are just able to live up to about 100 years. FOR NOW. we are getting older than our ancestors, thanks to a better nutrition, medicine, etc. and our offspings will get even older. sure there will be other problems resulting from that. i know what you are talking about. and mostly it is like that with any other topics based on believe. a lot of people might see it as attack against them if you dont believe what they do and hear you saying: i dont believe in it and its wrong. , even if you didnt say or ment that. anyway, most discussions about religion or things you believe dont go anywhere and are in that case somehow useless ( although it is good to state your opinion once in a while :wink: ) anyway, just tell them to respect your point of view as you do respect theirs and stop talking against you.
