If you've got the time to read, then you've got the time to post. Introduction Ok, first of all, my name is Heart Of Ink. Well, not really, but that's my RSN. As few to none of you know, I am a seasonal P2Per. In other words, I'm a member during summer vacation, and a non-member during the school year. I know that some of you are going to ask stupid questions like "h3y d0oD, y dnt u b3com a p3p 4 al1 th3 t1m3?" And my response will always be directions to the nearest English tutor. The Vision I've always wanted to see green. Not in the monetary sense, nor grass or trees. My eyes are much too square for that. My goal is to complete all of the members quests. Now here comes another stupid question: "How're u goin' 2 du tht? ur n f2p!" since you're articulation has improved, I will give you a straight answer. I plan to get all of my F2P levels to the requirement level of a quest, so that when I become a member again next year, I can run through all of the quests that I need to do in about 1 month. (Mind you, I'll be spending 2 months prior to doing all of the quests getting the nessicary P2P levels) I can take my time with this, since I have the entire school year to level up my skills. Other Goals In the case that I complete the above goal, I will delete it and move one of these goals to the limelight. For now, though, they are strictly side-goals that I will only work on when I'm tired of doing a certain skill. Side goal 1: 100 combat ||||||||||||||||||||||||| Side goal 2: 75 Magic ||||||||||||||||||||||||| Side Goal 3: 75 Range ||||||||||||||||||||||||| Side Goal 4: 3 mil |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| Skills These are my skills as of now: And here's how my skills need to be: note: The grayed out areas represent skills that I have all of the necessary levels in. Blog 9/23/06, Day 1- Nothing much. I started this blog, and now I've decided to aim for the full skull scepter...sceptre...specter... how do you spell this? So far I have the right half of the skull, and I'm working my way down. The only problem I forsee is the Ankous, since I only have iron and steel arrows to work with. But I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. 9/24/06, Day 2- I've gotten the bottom half of the sceptre, but I had to trick another person into believeing that the bottom half of the secptre was dropped by something called "ear crawlers". I really hate catablepons. They do that annoying strength drain attack, and they're in the same room as spiders, what are also aggressive. I lost a whole bunch of food, becuase apparently, they pierce right through ranging armor. Grrrraarrgggh! I finally killed the catablepon with the top part of the sceptre. I then moved on to the cr̮̩̉̉me de la cr̮̩̉̉me of the stronghold- Ankous. After a few dozen of the pink skeleton-ghosts, I went up a hitpoints level. W00T! I also finally got that complete skull sceptre. Here's a pic of me in black robes with my prize. Congratulations! You've just advanced a pwnage level! I then went to karamja and went up in a fishing level. and a cooking level Finally, I crafted all of my leftover ess and made 2k body runes. I still didn't level up, though. Used 24 mith ores and make 12 scimmys, still no levels. Finally, I dropped my the Karamja Volcano and fought some lessers, STILL without leveling. Ah well. 3 Levels in one day is pretty good. See you all tomorrow, where I will try and raise myself a defense level and an attack level. 9/25/06, Day 3- Before going all the way to 80 across the board in terms of my combat levels, I should break it up into smaller goals. Since I have an abnormally high strength, it's my duty to level it out with 75 defense and attack. But since that's still too high, my goal for the week is to get them to around 66. I'll give an update when I return... Ok, so, in a word, I'm going to camp out at Karamja, killing lessers until I run out of food. I have 2 strength pots (which will only last me about 1 inventory), and 850 noted lobs. I'm just going to sell them to the general store and buy them back, so I never have to leave! There's one out of two levels I need for today. I'm taking a short dinner break soon, and then I will return and see if I can't get another attack level. It turned out I couldn't get to that extra level, so now my new goal-ette will be to raise a level, any level, every day. 9/27/06, Day 4- I have an unavoidable family matter that has turned up, and it involves leaving town. I won't be able to play RS for a while, so I need people to keep this thread bumped while I'm away. I expect to be back on Sunday. 10/1/06, Day 5- Lesser Demons are waaay too crowded. Seriously, at any one point in time, 3 people are contesting to get the respawned demon first. I'm going back to Ankous, which will probably give better xp anyway. I went up an attack level, at the expense of the lives of many innocent Ankous. 10/7/06, Day 6- I've been away for a while, mainly because I haven't had enough time to play. However, since It's Columbus Day weekend, so I have oodles of Runescape playing minutes. I leveled up in attack, but I missed the pic  . What's worse, I copied and pasted something else, so the text box pic is gone, too. :boohoo:. I'm making a goal for this weekend, so I CAN get a level up picture in. The title of this blog is starting to be irrelevant! This weekend's goal is: 67 Attack: I need to kill 331 Ankous, or deal 23,170 points of damage. 10/9/06, Day 7- I'm pretty near another level up. Once I get 70 attack, I'm going to stop combat for a while, and maybe do a little runecrafting and smithing. Someone suggested I got for 74 cooking (no burnt lobs) and don't get me wrong, it's a great idea, but I'll save it for when I run out of food. I've also made an Ankou drop log, for when I'm training. You can see it above. 10/21/06, Day 8- Wow, I haven't posted here in a while. It's time to face the truth, anyway. I should be skilling, not raising combat. I just need 90 combat. Once I get 100 mithril ores, I'm going to stop, then get my smithing level to 60. Maybe then I'll go back to combat. 10/26/06, Day 9- I got fed up with the fact that I smithed 100 mithril bars, made them into scimitars, then did't level up! I also realized that I'm gonna need more bank space if I want to raise my smithing level. I'm gonna use around about 400 steel arrows on hill giants (I'm close to leveling in prayer) and then use up 64 addy arrows. Then I'll have more than enough room for ores and stuff. 10/28/06, Day 10- Ok, here's the scoop. I went up a ranged level AND a prayer level, but I missed the pics for both of them! So, imagine, if you will, a message that says "Your ranged level is now 57!" or "Your prayer level is now 50!" I left the hill giants after this, and am now training on catablepons. I only have 290 more arrows to go! 11/25/06, Day 11- It's been almost a month since I've last posted, because I haven't been playing runescape :( . I'm back on the gravy train, and have leveled up in hitpoints, attack, and a combat level. I missed the pic for hitpoints, though... 12/2/06, Day 12- So far, I've gone up an attack level and a runecrafting level. And lucky me, I only have the attack pic. Only two more levels to go 'til the big 70! After I get level 70 attack, I'll get my defense level up to 71, then raise attack a further two levels to 72. Then, I'll have 90 combat, and I'll be fully equipped to join Affliction once I become a member. Support Me! There are many ways you can support my goal. The first and most obvious one is to leave a comment here. It doesn't have to be anything profound, just "hey man, good luck." C'mon, it takes like 5 seconds. You can also PM me in-game. I'm always eager to meet new people and make new friends. Private chat is always on, unless I'm world-hopping. I know that very few, perhaps none, of you will do this, but if you could put this in your sig, I might spare your life. Soon To Come I'm going to change the titles of the topics to better-looking ones, as well as provide a complete list of quests I need to do. For now, please post away!
