20+ All member skills (just got member 3 days ago). 50 in both thieving and agility (to do rogue's den). 60 in attack (to get drag weapons).

Yeah I wanted to know if it was possible to use and Ardougne teleport spell tablet even if you havent done Plague City yet. Yknow since you cant normally teleport to it unless you did. Thanks!

Ive seen a lot of peaple asking how to get mimes. I dont think there is an exact way to get it but yo uca ndo thigns to make random events occuring. So here, post how you get mime. What you were doing, where and how many times you got it. Also any other info would be apreciated :wink: .
