ok thanks guys, anybody know how many pray pots i should bring? and anything else i should have in my inventory? so my setup now is: Slayer Helm Fury Legend Cape Proselyte Hauberk (chest) Proselyte Cuisse (legs) Dragon Boots Dragon Gloves (RFD) Warrior Ring Abyssal Whip Rune Defender Inventory: ???? anything i should change for my equipment?
i got Aberrant Specters as a slayer task today, and i cant remember what to use when i kill them :? the only thing i know for sure to use is my slayer helm, other than that can you guys help me out? (ps. i dont have a salve) thanks :
im thinking of ranging them so i can do something else at the same time... should i use broad bolts, or emerald bolt (e)? and should i use range pots also? if so, then how many per trip? (ill be using a terrorbird to store some drops)
i got black dragons for slayer, and i cant seem to remember what i used to do to slay them -.- (i just recently became a member again) should i do range?or melee? can anybody help me out with some setups? :)
if you are going for fast exp then disregard this message i make profit by alching, but i cut my owns yews, pick my own flax, string the flax, fletch yew longs and then alch. only thing i buy is the natures. pretty darn slow but oh well :
Heres what i have so far... helm: armadyl ammy: fury body: black d'hide legs: black d'hide shield: anti-dragon weapon: rune c'bow gloves: black [bleep]y vambraces boots: snakeskin cape: ava's accumulator ammo: broad bolts ring: archers ring Does anybody know how many antifire pots i should bring? Is there anything in the outfit that i should change? Is there anything else i should bring? I'm killing these for slayer should i bring a gem? Should i just give up range and switch to melee? thanks in advance
theres also the dungeon in gu'tanoth (hope i spelled that right), its by yanille and you have to do watchtower quest first. its a pretty good place to range them, only thing is when i go there, theres usually a couple pures fighting over every dragon -.-
two, eight and seven i read the first page then got annoyed at forgetting to keep myself logged on -.- so i skipped back here. i like slayer and i train it because otherwise i would get extremely bored with training combat because i would just do multiple trips to the fire giants. slayer gives me something to look forward to (85 for abyssal demons, an awesome skill cape  ) and in general just mixes up what i train on. i really dont care if i get bad xp rates for combat because im not trying to train combat, im trying to train slayer. combat xp and a bit of profit are bonuses oh and also slayer is what got me my visage \ so that was 20m profit which makes me slightly biased
i think it only resets your streak if you use the burthorpe guy to switch your task from a current one not if you actually get a task from him... only thing you can do is try another task from somebody that gives points and see what happens
i suggest luring a bandit into Ali the Dyers house and then closing the curtains. so then if you fail to ko him then you just go up the stairs then back down and he wont be aggressive anymore. Thats what i do and it works really well.
King_Mirthas that's a good idea with the card but there's one problem... i have a bother(he is a :ugeek: ), and he would see me training thieving and say WTF YOUR NOT SUPPOSED TO BE A MEMBER!!!! MOM!!!! and then it goes on, i get in trouble and get grounded off the computer for at least the remainder of the subscription -.-
thanks for the input everybody i think i might try thieving as troacctid suggested because there are not as many of those as there are of cooking, fletching and firemaking. : but first i gotta convince my parents to let me get a membership -.-
anybody know what the fastest cape to get is? the cheapest? 2nd fastest? 2nd cheapest? any suggestion to what i should get first? (stats in sig) i get a visage a while ago so i can sell some of the stuff i bought for some cash. thx in advance
