You forfeited that land when you moved your entire population off it.

Here's my reaction, when the troops arrive, they take any non-Nigerians and keep them as slaves. As long as you understand that that's an act of war. What about Dusty gets the country, Rocco gets a ZPM when I'm done researching them and I have made four for myself?. Nah, I already offered to get off Ogekrus, effectively giving him control of an entire system, but he said [bleep] off. Dw Mather. It's not even a country anymore anyways, it's just a bunch of empty land. It's not an act of war to move people onto my land, but it is an act of war to remove them? It is an act of war to enslave my citizens, yes.

TFed has started 3 projects on Haven (so they'll be available to everyone that has scientists on Haven): 1. Looking into a drug that will reverse the effects of Alzheimers and short-term memory loss 2. Possible cure for cancer (though that'll take a while) 3. Drug that will reduce high cholesterol levels.

He can just find the blueprint lying around in Saudi Arabia then! Hm. I seem to recall there were I think 4 people who wanted him killed. And don't give me any of this "Oh I wasn't going to destroy him, just nuke him back to the stone age!". You wanted to force him of the thread, don't play innocent here. Here's my reaction, when the troops arrive, they take any non-Nigerians and keep them as slaves. As long as you understand that that's an act of war. There's no technology to it, its just a huge building that hosts different projects, it allows it all to be more organized and a place to run experiments without having to rent out other places like scientists would have to do. It also holds more scientists so project time is lowered, it took me 3 years with a 1.5B budget. Still, if I have it, I can upgrade it and give you the improved version of it, without you using any budget. Well I'll send you my blueprints, but its really just a huge building with different quarters with the techs I'm researching, it normally has a small break room for scientists, a few experiment rooms, a few labs, a data room. Or you could send scientists to Haven. -- [hide=TFed News]Farm Spray II, Strength IV, and Exosuit IV all coming along nicely, as well as the new assault vehicle lineup. Starting Project D. Project C is still coming along, as well as my lurvely bomb. Ragnarok 2/15 Army has been raised to 2% of the population.[/hide]

What happened: Rocco initially planned that he would move 90%~ of his population off Earth, but he would use Nigeria as his central government. He DID post this. Then, he posted something saying "ALL" 260m population had been moved to Harrakis. First answers only, imo. But whatever, I think Doom should adjudicate this as I consider her to be the most neutral out of these two parties. But frankly, it's appalling. Regardless of how many people I have living there, it's my land, and Dusty taking my land is a direct act of war against me. Not really, it's just colonists moving into empty cities. (And why wouldn't they?). Maybe if I had run in and killed all your (former) elephants, perhaps. I'll check back later tommorow.

Eh, suit yourself. Can't say it wasn't offered, though. Yeah, but then the thread just becomes a little clubhouse for all the members, and loses all semblance of fun. This game is about politics, war, expansion, and technology. Having every player as a member of a single alliance takes away all of that.

I already proposed something to him I thought was pretty reasonable, but the response was "FU N00B IT MINE [bleep][bleep] DIRTY JEW!" Lol. I'm not throwing up a [cabbage]storm, that would be Rocco. All I've done is move colonists into a (now) completely empty land. I'd pull up Rocco's quote again but I can't be arsed to dig through 70 pages to find it. you have already: all in space. Hex I think its safe if you GTFO of the argument. It wont end well if this breaks out into war, nothing will stop your system from an assured destruction You see this is the problem with the game as dusty has said earlier. What problem? The fact that wars always devolve into: "You attack me and my super mega alliance will just instantly pwn you!" Kk. Thanks for letting me know that they'll be there in 2 years. -- I'm off for the night, I'll check back tommorow.

Oh well, it was a reasonable offer I thought. Base still on Ogekrus, my people still in Nigeria. Oh well. I was actually storing 10 million missiles there, which explode, killing everyone there. You realize that's an act of war, right? Anywho: TFed news: Working on a new targeting protocol for auto-turrets and whatnot, should shave off some time to react to hostile ships and fighters. Say, 2 years for that (since it's not anything physical). Assault vehicle lineup still being worked on. Starting research into plasma weaponry. ... You try to take land which is mine, owned by me, whether or not people live there. I defend my land by blowing your people up, and somehow it's my fault? You blew up a bunch of civilians (that is, if you're being serious). I never attacked you, I just moved colonists into the empty lands. Oh, well, since that's okay now, I'm moving ten million colonists into Berlin. Awesome. Ty. They'll be assimilated into the Federation's culture in no time :) Actually, they were suicide bombers. Ah well, then they were denied access. *Dusts off hands* Now that that's over with, let's move on. My colonists have moved into Lagos, and have started back up the power supply for the city. All is going well. How is it your land? You have no people there, no military, no culture, nothing. Uhh, yes I do. It's kind of the location of my capital, and all of my government officials, as well as the main military training grounds. [/hide]So, you have no government officials and you're training an army of air? What exactly have I done to you? EMPs are outlawed as well, btw. Not really protected, I just don't like the whole idea of "I don't like this person so I'm going to gang up on him with half a dozen of my buddies and insta-destroy him!" Uhhh, what the hell? No, the Nigerian capital city is where my government officials, you know, govern from. This includes the emperor, his council, the senate, the house, blah blah blah. And my army trains in Nigeria because it is a much cooler climate than Harakkis. Since when do you get to decide where my stuff is? You moved your entire population to Harakkis. So, unless you have a computer running your government, then no, Nigeria isn't where your government officials are. I'm not deciding where your stuff is. You did.

Some treaty was signed or something, I think Ross (?) was the one that put it forward.

Lol. Yes, please do that.

You don't have anyone there anymore. So, I moved colonists in. It's not his. And it never was, according to the deal. I said something along the lines of, you get Sri Lanka, I get Nigeria, and it's like we each owned that land the whole time. Dusty attempting to take that land is a direct act of war. Dw about that system Doom, that was just sarcasm hehe. And Rocco, it's an act of war against what? The landscape? Fine. Then the Nigerian wildlife can be at war with me, whatever. How about this Rocco: I'll dismantle my base on Ogekrus, and move off the planet, but I get Nigeria. Done and done. 1250x20k in $ please. :D Now I can start forming General Techno Viking and his merry band of mercenaries. Don't you need human brains for the Mechos? How are you getting those? Well, considering the EA has 3 active memebers (only 2 of which that are a decent size, me and paul) and the NWO is now made up of 10 people... +the NWO was formed to go against me.

It just accelerates the growth. Ask Rpg, he's got basically the same stuff, except his accelerates growth of the babies once they're born, while mine just accelerates their growth in the womb.
-
Nope. Ah well. I guess you shoul've thought it through. I don't admit I'm wrong when I'm right. Fine then. Normal growth rate: 4% Drug that increases probability of twins/triplets/quintuplets = Growth rate of around 12%. Drug that increases ferility rate (babies take 3 months, rather then 9) = Growth rate of 48% Immigration from other nations adds another 3-4%, let's say (considering that if you're a citizen of the Federation you get access to tremendous bio enhancements) = Growth rate of 52% Huge incentives to reproduce adds another say 2% or so. Growth rate = 54%. New lands that are granted according to family size adds another 1%. Growth rate = 55%. Immigration from Federation land in Earth as well as government relocation to alleviate over-population (parts of Africa, and Bangladesh) adds another say 5%. Growth rate = 60%. AI cargivers that allow for parents to have more kids and still go to work, or have them help with taking care of the kids adds another say 4%. So 64% for Midgard. Happy? I'm sorry to break this in, but can you explain to me "Drug that increases ferility rate (babies take 3 months, rather then 9) = Growth rate of 48%" Wouldn't this cause most of your citizens to die early? I'm pretty sure a fast development will cause age related illness and disease at earlier ages. Was sort of the amalgamation of 50 or so odd years of reasearch into genetics. It was ironed out so that babies weren't being born with defects (though that happened a lot in the alpha testing phases). Or I could just say I pilfered some of Kamino's growth accelerant hehe. -- 4 colony ships have been sent to the Nexetras system. There, I'm done with colonizing. People are being shuttled off Earth where the are overpopulation issues to these new planets. Private shuttle companies are taking over the shuttle route from Earth to the Yggdrasil system.

Food is shipped in from Birfrost. And I'm not taking GDP from them. If I was adding as many people as I wanted Midgard would be at a trillion pop right now. Of course I'm provoking him. I want this inevitable war to hurry up and get started, because the thread is getting [bleep]ing boring.

I'm moaning about people's godmods? You have amnesia or something? The only thing that I found stupid was the magical creation of systems, or the "discovery" of them. Then why did you become part of his empire? This is a perfectly fair discussion. Just because I don't feel like repeating myself you're getting mad? If I had a formula would you accept it anyways? No. Why the hell would I bother figuring out the exact number?
