im curtently training up to 70 fishing/cooking im gaining quick lvls by fishing by lumby making a fire and cooking it than quickly running to lumby general store because i hav found running to the store and bak can b quicker than simply dropping the fish or banking it by edgeville (also its nice to get a lil cash out power training)

i made it from 19 to 40 mage in 2 hours by casting curse, weaken and confuse in the varrock sewers on regular rats in the multi-combat zone. if u hav decent (and are willing to) rc make the bodys and earths and weild a water staff the whole time, remmber this goes incredibly quick.

it also sorta depends weather the thing u plan on ranging will b direct or u will b behind something also to have a good range bonus and a good defens bonus u should wear either (for good range bonus but still good defense)=full green d hide except the legs, rune legs, and a coif. (better defense not very good range bonus)=rune legs, med helm, and chain since it doesnt give u as much of a ranging disability. and remmeber, - is bad, + is good when looking at item stats.
