Thanks, but I had reasons for approaching the older one about this. From talking to them, I could tell the woman was the type that was easily manipulated and the boy, I knew, wasn't going to listen to me. I did it based on personalities, not age. I still failed though. Edit: I also based it on the fact that the woman had a daughter between the ages of 5-10 (I won't specify the exact age), and the woman had made it clear that she put the daughter first for everything. I did bring up the point of how well a teenager could raise a daughter of that age already. She insisted that he was mature for his age... :(

That's the least of the problem (I just did that anyway). They already have contact out of runescape...

18 years difference with an underage boy... I'm a great believer in love at any age, but there are limits...

Thanks mate, but I still feel bad for not being able to do more. That woman is 18 years older and he's not even 18 yet... I just feel like I let a heinous crime happen (though the age of consent in many places is 16).

Okay, well I won't name names unless it's to a Jagex Mod, but I have a slightly disturbing story. So, I'm at blue dragons and one way or another I met two new people I'm going to call Rabbit and Doll. I have no idea how, but within a few hours Rabbit and Doll have turned into a sterotypical "virtual couple". I know they were in different time zones at least because we were talking about what times it was for each of us, so I know they had never met in real life. I got pretty close to both of them and Rabbit trusted me with clue items and such, but after a week or two Doll started telling me details of her life. Some of them including: she had a daughter, she was 34, and Rabbit was 16. I thought something like that would cause them to stop being a "couple", but it didn't. Later, Doll was telling me how she wanted to meet up with Rabbit when he was 18, but less than an hour later she said some things making me think that she'd be okay with meeting him now. That immediately sent up a red flag so I tried to talk some sense into Doll as she seemed like the one I'd be able to reason with. The day after doing this, Rabbit pms me and goes on this rant about me trying to ruin his life and how Doll didn't listen to me. Needless to say, they both blocked me. Now, I'm at a loss of what to do... even if I had gotten them banned, they were already talking outside of Runescape. I feel really bad about this whole thing happening, and I really don't want to see them in the next news story... If you've read this whole thing congrats, now here's where the discussion comes in. How do you feel about this sort of thing? What can be done if you encounter this? What can I still do about this? Ugh. :wall:

So...if say...an American kills someone in Germany, Germany should sue The COUNTRY of America? Wtfh go read a book or something, get off RuneScape... no duh the company that is doing this.. is mostly ppl from china.... Use logic if you have any. and if you even read the link If you had done any other research other than using the demonic site most call Wikipedia, you woud know that gold farmers are less that 1% of the players from China. There really isn't that many of them, they're all just in the more popular training spots for money and materials.

Not sure if there's already a thread like this, hope not. :) Anyway, I was just talking to a friend about our first quests we remembered. Obviously, most players do Cook's Assistant first, but what about after that? What are your favorite questing memories? I remember one of my first member's quests was Shilo Village. I was quite happy because I had killed something 30+ levels higher than me (which was a big thing at the time... if only I knew what I know how hahaha). I probably remember it as my first (though I know I did a few easy ones before it) because it gave me access to an area not everyone could get to and was my first "big" quest since dragon slayer. My worst was probably just doing the new quest: King's Randsom. An interesting quest with cool rewards, but it was very poorly mad in many aspects and you could tell. It was also, as my friend described it, a "gimme". I guess that was to make the prayers easy to access, but still out of reach of those who play "not so well". The only solice I got from that quest is that it means that they are probably in full gear making a good quest I do want. :D Let's hear some of yours, eh? :D Edit: Changed title since most posts were about the annoyance of One Small Favor.

You can. =P NPCs to kill means ones that aren't attackable now. Like Evil Dave's Mom. =P Muhahahah!

Waters and fires are better. Same money, easier(especially with 70 or 80 agility), and fires give more exp. Or if you're going to make earths you might as well make airs, same distance more experience.

Buddy... it could just be that your agility is really low. >.< 31 isn't that great. Even in high 50s I feel off agility pryamid a lot.

Once I do Dream Mentor with my friend I'll be entering with my quest cape after not wearing it for months. I have the perfect costume I've been DYING to wear. :D

Hans was around back since rsc.. :roll: Id love to kill him, I challenged him back in RSC and he beat me! (I was new to the game, I'd only been playing for like 6 minutes) I want a rematch with him! :twisted: Hahaha! Good times challenging Hans. I have the same memories. Oh how I miss being able to kill him. Back before you even knew a player's level just by putting your mouse over them. =P

I'm not sure what to say to that... except, no. Stop it. If Jagex does that, I'm going to do something random and violent.

No clue, I've only been to digsite area for clues since that Soul's Bane quest, but I'd guess so.

Wow. That's mean. =P A lot of new players develop into fine young runescapers... though the majority don't... I love how I randomly saw this thread pop back up after a week of nothing. =P

That seems to be directed at me in a negative way... I don't like that either as you know nothing of the grades I'm getting, the classes I'm taking, or even what level of school I'm in.

Ouch. You logic has stunned logic man... >.< This isn't new-found though. I just got bored since I've been sitting at blue dragons for what feels like years (though it's only been a bit over a week I just hate monotony). I may have sounded a bit arrogant in my first post, but I only do such things when I'm sure of things and/or feel especially strong about a subject. We can't be right all the time. :D

Don't seem to have anything nice to say, eh? She even said it was just for fun. On-Topic: I would also have some fun trying to ride various monsters like dragons and marveling at how fast I could cook and eat food. :D

I would go to some questing, but since time would pass for real I wouldn't have to wait for Jagex to update, I could just quest until the end of a storyline and find out what happens!!!

Say what you wish. This topic is meant more to have other people give examples. I like reading that kind of thing. :D
