I prefer bonus xp instead of just rewarded xp, since this does require training, and has a theoretical cap of 100m per skill, (assuming it stays as 2x), since you would have 200m in a skill. Practically the cap for most players would be <7m since they tend to stop caring at 99, and such.
Raw xp has a twice as high a cap per skill per player, and *also* doesn't force actual training, so it can effectively save 100% of time, instead of only 50%.

Actually, sometimes requirements aren't explicit during the quest so that you don't get the old "start quest and get half way before finding out you need to levelup"
I would honestly prefer more quests not have explicit start requirements, but instead just warn if you aren't able to finish.
Really though, sometimes quests can require skills that they never use if the NPCs actually think that you might need it. IE: the NPC goes "I don't think you are able to help me." so the req is more about impressing them.

The main issue is losing 500 averages out to be "ok" but it's still a horrible event when it happens.

I would rather make it *smaller* since there are very few setups where actually having all 9 basics on "auto fire" will actually trigger an ability past 4 or 5...

Why is the wicked pouch thing not just a runespan reward? Also, why does it disappear when you fill it, instead of just being "capped", so that you can't add more (and then dissappear when it runs out)?
It should be a non-degradable runespan reward, not some trash from solomons/loyalty...
Also, it lets you swap spell books at will... that kind of runes the point of a lot of uses for spellbook-swap...
I agree with everything except for non degradable, it should have been something like infuse it with unbound essence to recharge it or something. Degrading items are good for the game, assuming they don't degrade to nothing.
I was using degrade to refer to the "depletes to nothing". This item "degrades" in that every spell casts costs energy, and removes energy. It shouldn't disappear when empty though. It should just have no charges. IE: a single time purchase of this allows you to charge it up as often as you like.
Curious if this will change the price of runes, since cheaper runes might be more effective for charging expensive spells? (depending on the price of the various runes) since energy is "rune agnostic", but rune cost used to depend on what spells it was used in.

It *is* possible they got prayer xp via other activities and were just very close to 99?

It is pretty obvious in MMO design that a player will do anything you set before them. Look at the trimmed completionist cape.
That is because winning in an MMO is doing all the achievements.
While I do think they could add more content, it isn't a need. Clearly people are willing to skill past 99 without it. I don't think the game needs more level grind compared to what it already has compared to other online MMO options

You need the mouse to click abilities and tabs and windows in other MMOs, but you still can't click to move. I like that I can click the minimap and move to a target. I like that I can click on the screen and move. I don't want that removed. I dislike WASD/Arrow movement.

I would like this, as I missed several holiday items due to periods of inactivity.
I think as long as they are visually distinct enough and cost a fair amount of loyalty points it would be alright.

I'm somewhat disappointed that the only "choice" we get is whether to give Zaros a supposedly weakened body or to give him a strong body...
We can't just.. "walk away", I mean obviously we can not finish the quest.. but I was hoping it would be possible to just be like "nope!"
