I don't exactly see what you're trying to say with this sentence. We have proof that the earth is 5 billions years old? No, scientists keep moving the years because they find new fossils. There is no carbon dating that goes that far back. That's just an approximation of scientists. Who said he waited 5 billion to make humans? why would he create dinosaurs? is that a serious question? That's like asking why did he create dogs, i dont see what you mean by that question. Look into the sky. Some of those stars are millions of light years away. Since it took light that long to travel to Earth, it's given proof that the universe is incredibly old.
