Liar. No 99 is "nooby". Every cape is worth it. he isn't a liar... doesn't 99% of RS think so? as every skillcape has the same stats (only the trimmed ones have + 4 prayer) it doesn't really matter wich you get only if you want status with your cape (look above this post) you shouldn't go with cooking or fletching, you really shouldn't Actually, he is. 99% of people don't think so? Not one of that 99% I know. Sure some 99s are easier than others, but none are nooby.

Read back to what I said about slayer. Getting assignments will probably be best as it also levels your slayer and variety is good/more fun. Most creatures have pretty good drops. Good luck. :thumbsup:
