training from 51 att, str, def to 60 help
Well as you're probably aware f2p has very limited options. Doing hobgoblins near crafting guild probably is best as hill giants are usually crowded. You'll need food as you have little to no armour. I suppose with full rune you'll need less. If you were member I'd recommend slayer. That's more fun/better/etc.

Agility courses, exp per hour?
You're welcome. This may also be useful to keep in mind (RuneScape update 22 June): "If you are serious about Agility, its likely you've not been to the Gnome Stronghold or Gunnjorn's barbarian course for some time. This week, that could change, as these Agility trainers have spent long hours constructing new routes around the courses that only the most agile players should attempt. These extended courses will not only give you a chance to show off your most agile moves, but will also reward you with weight-reducing clothing, should you complete enough laps. With the addition of these extended courses, the cave goblins of Dorgesh-Kaan have made some changes to their Agility course, too. Theyve decided to make the course a little less unforgiving, so you should find that you fail less often. The other main change is that the entry requirement for the existing course has been increased from 70 Agility to 80 Agility, while the two extended courses have entry requirements of 85 and 90 Agility, respectively."

f2p banking
I see you have fishing rod and bait: River fishing = pikes - add raw and cooked, and ask yourself: do you really need those nets? Runecrafting: buy 2 tiaras of each f2p runecrafting alter, bank them. Talismans aren't recommended. Mining/smithing: since you have the space why not add copper, tin and bronze? Adding runite ore/bar spot may also prove worth it. Clay and soft clay: can never hurt, and can be useful. Crafting: saphire and emerald jewlerry, as you have with ruby and diamond, or you won't be able to craft those. Woodcutting: add normal and oak logs. You have the space, might as well use it. Would be nice to buy a holiday item or 2, as you have plenty of cash, would look nice? That's what I did anyways.

Agility courses, exp per hour?
I am nearly agility 75 at the moment, and without failing I get around 55-65k xp an hour at ape atoll, depending on how much I pay attention. Hope that helps.

my appeal to prevent a prem mute ban
If it was indeed a hacker, then yes. I can assume you set recovery questions and changed password afterwards? Be polite, speak in complete sentences as much as you can. Do make sure you click the "someone else had access to my account" option when appealing. Don't try to make it look like a begging plea, rather appear solution aimed. As appeals can only have around 400? characters I recommend being as clear as possible though not adding any irrelevant information. Of course, do try to explain in detail what has happened. Express shame for being hacked and say you immediately scanned your computer and took appropriate actions. You can be glad it's now, and not 3 years ago that you are to appeal, because I was given black marks for "claiming to be Jagex" while I wasspeaking the truth about having been a player mod, after I had asked them to make me a normal player again. No-one bothered to check, despite my asking them to. In the socalled "evidence" I had clearly stated player, not Jagex, past, not present, and they apparently hadn't even read it completely. You're lucky that they now actually read appeals. Good luck.

~A Mining Question~
I've been doing quite a lot of mining a while ago before rejoining p2p in both crowded and non-crowded worlds. Here's what I've learned. *Clay: 1-3 seconds (2 rocks will suffice). *Copper, Tin: 3-7 seconds (3 rocks when using rune+ pick). *Iron: Same applies as for copper and tin. Silver: Around 1-1,5 minutes. *Coal: The amount of rocks required depends on your mining speed and crowd in world, generally I find that at mining 90-95+, one will require 8-10 rocks to mine non-stop. I mined around 80 coal in 18 minutes, while superheating in the mines. I'd say around 1-2 minutes. *Gold: give or take 2 minutes. *Mithril: This will take anywhere between 1-3 minutes. *Adamantite: 3-5 minutes. *Runite: 5+ min? *Gem rocks: 1-3 minutes.

Flax rates
Sarcastic way of saying it sucks for cash, which I agree with. Lleyta flax picking can bring 3-4k flax/hour, though. If my doing it 3 years ago makes a difference.. Lol. I spent a lot of time in f2p before rejoining members and learning about the new skills as well as do combat for the first time in 3 years..

Weapon?
Rune scimitar. If you must, rune long (alcs about same as price).

Flax rates
Well, assuming your agility is of sufficient use.. around 30 a minute? Maybe a little less, which would be around 1800 flax? I've picked flax, spinned it and strung bows in Seers and I think I did like 2 invs in 3-5 minutes, as I was also farming and doing other things I can't be 100% sure of the numbers. I would recommend stringing them though; little extra time yet more than doubles profit. Flax is currently 81 Gp each. Bowstrings around 160 Gp each.
