That's the downside to following the instructions to the T. I made my maxrequests something like 8 and the speedboost was incredible.
Also the other tip on the site wouldn't have any possible downside but it's great. Something I still think should be default in all browsers...

The instructions are pretty easy to follow. It's amazing how much extra speed you can get.

The 6600gt is about $50 more, but the benchmarks show that it can hit about twice the fps for the x600. I can't see any reason not to get the nvidia card, and I'm an ati fan...

The x600 is a performance card whereas the all-in-wonder is a feature card. If you're looking for power get the x600, if you want the tv tuner etc., get the all-in-wonder.

Up ure ram to 1gig and get a radeon 9800 pro 128. theres no point getting 256mb of ram on a crappy card.
Agreed! 128MB on an old card and 256MB on an old card will be very very similar. Unless you're getting a fairly new card 256 is a total waste of cash. And upping your system ram to 1gb would help your system A LOT

Well, there are a few things that could be considered flaws. There's the red pixel that was already mentioned. The dragon legs are a little too large and they aren't bent as much as the rune. The black parts at the ends of the legs are reversed. You left out the hole that should be at the crotch. There's a stray pixel on the right leg at the knee (left leg if you were wearing them). That's all I can find.

Did 4 people have to mention that? Little bit of spam there ;)
I didn't read that post, but I wanted to see if there were any flaws anyway. Very nice job there.

I decided to go into some depth. I took pictures of rune legs in the same positions as his pictures. I enlarged then so you can see the individual pixels. I also looked at the text and it is perfect. You be the judge now. If it's fake, he's very very good at it.
Never thought i would say this

But merc... You forgot that he hacked into the cia and used their supercomputers to brute force the encryption. That's the rest of the story...
