thats a good idea but i want the actual brush effect so i can write my own characters

i want a brush to give the effect of writing out chinese characters similar to these: http://www.jimmattern.com/chinese-characters.jpg is it possible to create this brush type on photoshop? or corel painter?

this is something simple im not finished with. made it to show my friend after he showed me his pixel art i never finished because i started on my socom sig :o
