  1. Very nice pics navy (yet again : ). I really like the first pic. close ups 4tw!
  2. you my friend... are sad. :notalk: Agreed..
  3. ***You Are An ENFP*** The Inspirer You love being around people, and you are deeply committed to your friends. You are also unconventional, irreverant, and unimpressed by authority and rules. Incredibly perceptive, you can usually sense if someone has hidden motives. You use lots of colorful language and expressions. You're qutie the storyteller! You would make an excellent entrepreneur, politician, or journalist. This quiz wasn't too bad.. A few questions I would have liked to select both because they were both true but I guess you can't control everything.. At least this does sound something like me.. :-k
  4. Cool. And if the muslims or somebody else turns out to be right we can burn in hellfire together :D Lol. I don't fully believe in a single religion so I'll burn in hell unless what a pastor told me once.. ('if you forgive your neighbor, then god will forgive you', so I forgive people for their stupidity and go on with my life  ). I might die for my beliefs. But if some guy put a knife to my throat and said 'karma isn't real and if you say it is i'll kill you', I'd be like 'ok karma isn't real'. But I've never wanted to die on the blade of a knife.. A bullet to the head though, wouldn't be as bad (and I've gotta be old when ya shoot me : )
  5. Probably.. Still no need to butcher the English language.. I haven't gotten excited about a birthday since I was probably 10.. Oh and Happy Birthday!
  6. The Simpsons.. I don't watch it (or tv in general) much during the summer, but during the winter I watch it every night
  7. Heh, for a while I was thinking of a career in video game design, but after trying to learn how to program (through online help) I decided that just wasn't for me. Now I'm planning on a career in photography (which I can get my bachelor's degree in at UofI). I used to take photographs all the time but I lost the recharger for my camera battery (but I'm gonna buy a new camera once I get a job).
  8. Heh, you sound a lot like me.. Although the girl I like lives next door to me so I see her all the time.. There's a back to school dance in a few weeks, and I might ask her to go.. First kiss WIP?
  9. Yeah, their acceptence rate is something like 84% (not completely sure). @theslayer: I don't think that will help (but I do like being right \ ). He played a lot of sports when he was young and had been offered a scholorship to some school to play football. He turned it down and went to a 2 year college (I don't remember his reasoning but it wasn't good) and soon after married my mom and a year later I came along : So I think the biggest thing he wants is me to do what he decided not to.. Which isn't gonna happen :-$
  10. All summer I've been doing sit up and push ups every day. I've cut down on how much I eat and I spend a lot of time outside. I slimmed down my stomache quite a bit and I can now see my abs but they're not very defined, which is my new goal.. Remember, even if you do sit up you can still over eat and they won't help much. This summer I have only been eating 2 meals a day (since I get up too late for breakfast) and a snack at night. But once school starts I'll be back up to 3 meals a day (which is probably better for me) so I'll have to work a little harder. Just keep up the sit ups and push ups.. Oh and get outside! Sitting around inside isn't going to help you
  11. It says : 20 years old I am: 15 years old (16 next month! \ ) I didn't really like the quiz.. A lot of things I couldn't select a true answer..
  12. Ok, I got an email back from U of I this morning. They said... @botan: Heh, I do pretty well with stardardized testing.. I kicked a** on my finals
  13. I don't think I'd want to pass that test.. I sucked at algebra (but I passed  ) and I think geometry is gonna be a pain in the a**..
  14. Heh, I'm a sophomore too, and I'm just taking world history (AP is a little over my head).. I'm just hoping it's nearly as easy as US history was..
  15. Hmm.. doesn't even have extracurricular activies listed. I'd look more into it. Thanks, and I guess we were both looking that up at the same time. : I emailed them asking about extracurricular activities, so now I've gotta wait 24-48 hours for a response.. And I guess it's time to turn my B average into an A average.. Edit: Talent.. I suppose that would include my knack for drawing?
  16. Work experience.. Is that like where you go and be an intern for a while or getting an actual job? (Just wondering because I plan on getting a job after I get through drivers ed this fall and get a car \ )
  17. its been over 100 a few days here. while the rest of my house was air conditioned, i closed the door to the hallway, and put a blanket over it. i then proceeded to put duct tape over the air vents. then i opened up the windows :D . im anti-air conditioning :P . ROFL! I do the same thing.. I remember as a kid we didn't have AC so for some reason I just like my room hot.. Then I sleep with 2 fans on me :XD:
  18. Well, you're not the only hopeless romantic here, but I can't relate to your incoherent rambling.. Magic just seems like something in books, movies, and video games to me.
  19. Here's a thought.. Don't rush it. It'll happen when the time is right (or at least that's the way I view things like this) and if you try to rush it, you might get dumped.. Isn't something like this common sense?
  20. I played sports in middle school and never found them very interesting.. Mostly because I like to play sports, but with my friends and just for fun. My parents always pushed sports on me and finally I just quit playing them. Also, I hate not being best at what I do. When I play video games nobody understands why I take them so sersiously. When I played sports in middle school I was always on the middle/lowest team and I hated that. I tried out for the golf team in my freshman year, and the coach screwed me out of a spot (long story, not gonna tell it..) so I don't want to play for that a**hole and golf is the only thing I can be near the best at.. (I played a round of golf with one of the JV guys at my school and he could out drive me but his short game was worse than mine..)
  21. Heh, you're a lot like me.. You wear/do what you like best.. :) and from what I've noticed the emo/goth kids are a lot of fun to hang out with (I hung out with a bunch of them in my study hall)
  22. I haven't had a completely bad day yet.. Although it seems every time I come home from a friends house I get yelled at for something, so I've had my bad moments..
  23. The school I want to go to is University of Iowa. I'm going to be a high school sophomore this year, so I figured if I need the activities I want to know before it's too late.. Thanks guys for responding fast.. I think I'm gonna go hang out with my friends some more (social life ftw  )
  24. Ok, so my dad is always on my case about how I need after school activities to get into college (actually he's always yelling at me about it, and I've just stopped listening). Today I was walking home from a friends house when I got to thinking about it.. And I was wondering, do you actually need after school activities to get into college? Will you be more likely to be selected for a college if you've participated in after school activities? Or does my dad just want me to do something other than hang out with my friends?
  25. -.- Difinitly fake.. Bad idea for a fake too..
