ColAvanor Posted November 23, 2004 Share Posted November 23, 2004 Since there is little room for actual artistic input in the coloring of the particular picture (as mentioned before), I critisize you for missing the spots, where you could have made a diffenrence. The colors selected are subtle and pass together well, but I have a hard time getting why her eyes are completely blue? You could have made the little details around the neck/chest area in different colors. Now the gap in the dress is, well, the exact same colour as the dress. (as are the dots and other things..). As a wild guess I would say that the coloring is mainly trough "color" layers? Though noticably, you have made the blade wider and frankly, made it look like plastic. It's matte, not shiny and there is a deeep shadow up right (compared to shadowing in the picture overall). I think the color choices are well planned and work in harmony but the blade ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ is ruined. :wink: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yea, i felt the blade for finish, and when i was done with everythig else i didn't have any idea how to color the blade :?
