you can geta free version of photoshop, which doesnt allow you to save anything

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

just press printscreen and copy it to paint though ;) might lose some quality but it saves $600...

i would say graphic's gale if you are looking at making pixel sigs

gale seems complex and hard any thing easyer?

I second the thought on Graphics Gale... However, it does take getting used to... After that though, it's awesome 8)
