Use it in Cwars and drop the explosive potions... But thats not exactly optimal training... But you could give it a shot.

You can get rock cakes after the Watchtower quest. Just steal from the stall just like you did in the quest. And the explosive potion comes from the Digsite quest.

If you want nitroglycerin, finish dig site quest. During the quest you will be forced to collect nitroglycerin from the barrel, and afterwards you can go collect as much as you want.

You can't use full set effects in CW (you have to wear hood) Otherwise i'd be there in veracs all the time. The explosive potions vanish when you leave CW, so you can't use them outside. Rock cakes sound good, if they're stackable.

I would simply fight the monster with no armour on until my health is at the desired level.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A popular tactic, especially against high level monsters is to slap on a protect prayer when you reach the level you need that way you can totally own higher level monsters such as abyssals (assuming you are able to fight them)

if you usualy train w/o pray on get some janger (sp) barries and drain your pray to 0 when your low on hp eat a janger (sp) barrrie and you will get 1 pray point, use the healing pray...
