I have tryed to modify forum files but always mysql or php error came when added ads... On adminpanel I have swiched HTML ON and added to allowed HTML codes list ' My editing level is medium on HTML, low on graphics and never tryed to modify PHP or used it... ____ Posted March 15, 2007 Share Posted March 15, 2007 In the TPL files (ie: template files) NEVER touch the .php files unless you're manually install a mod. /templaes// index_body.tpl message_body.tpl viewforum_body.tpl viewtopic_body.tpl Try them for a start. And it's your call on where in the HTML you want to paste the code - depends entirely on where you want the ad displayed. Top, buttom, side... I cant tell you the exact code right now because I do not have access to the files but its in the overall_header.tpl. As for putting a google advert in your sig.. do you mean putting the advert after EVERY post or just your own? As far as i know you cant do the latter.
