March 15, 200719 yr Best place to use it is on the zombies in the dungeon below the magic guild. There are enough of them so if one spell doesn't fail you can just start casting on an other monster. March 15, 200719 yr Rune boots are -3 magic attack. Edit: But according to the Item Database, Hatebringer's suggestion is much better. Snakeskin is -10 mage. :shock:
