Them trees (Oak and upwards). If I chop them down, do they regrow? If yes, are they still under protection of the gardener near it if I paid him the first time?

Indeed. I got a big farming level once when I picked some papayas that had regrown - wasn't expecting that! :D

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was mostly talking about the big "check-health" experience that you only get once though, because this

Check-health is way better than picking exp though. Try and replant your trees every night (if you can afford to) and they'll be all grown the next day (for most trees)
